From the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad Letter Rc.No.36826/E1.B/2008, dated.01-11-2011. *** ORDER: Dr.S.Vijayalakshmi, Civil Surgeon Specialist has reported before the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare on 01-07-2011, consequent on her relief as Health Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam, Tirumala. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare has sent proposals for further posting of Dr.S.Vijayalakshmi, Civil Surgeon Specialist (Epidemiology) as the Government is the appointing authority. Accordingly, Government have issued posting orders to Dr.S.Vijayalakshmi as Civil Surgeon Resident Medical Officer, SVRR Government General Hospital, Tirupati in the vacancy caused due to promotion of Dr.T.Tarachandu Naidu as Additional Director in the G.O.1st read above. 2. The Superintendent, SVRR Government General Hospital, Tirupati has stated that at that time there was a meeting of Pranadanam Trust for its implementation at SVRR Government General Hospital, Tirupati by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams and Dr.T.Tarachand Naidu, who is well versed was dealing that subject and he was relieved on the AN of 24-09-2011 after completion of all proceeding regarding Pranadanam trust implementation at SVRR Government General Hospital, Tirupati in the interest of patient care. Accordingly, Dr.S.Vijayalakshmi was admitted to duty on 25-09-2011, as Civil Surgeon Resident Medical Officer, SVRR Government General Hospital, Tirupati. 3. In the letter 2nd read above, the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare has forwarded proposals in respect of Dr.S.Vijayalakshmi, Civil Surgeon Resident Medical Officer, SVRR Government General Hospital, Tirupati for compulsory wait for the waiting period from 01-07-2011 to 24-09-2011. 4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order that the period of waiting for posting from 01-07-2011 to 24-09-2011 in respect of Dr.S.Vijayalakshmi, Civil Surgeon Resident Medical Officer, S.V.R.R. Government General Hospital, Tirupati shall be treated as “Compulsory Wait” in terms of Rule 13 under F.R. 9(6), so as to enable her to draw salary and emoluments for the said period. 5. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare shall take necessary further action accordingly. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FR.I) Department vide their U.O.No.4388/109/FR.I/12, dated 29-02-2012.
