Read the following: 1. G.O.Rt.No.933, Law , dated 1-6-2007. 2. G.O.Rt.No.1083, Law, dated 2-7-2010. 3. Letter No.Estt./72/SOLC/2011, dated 7-4-2011 received from the Special Officer, Office of the Advocates-on-Record, A.P.Bhavan, New Delhi. ****** O R D E R: In the letter dated 7-4-2011, the Special Officer (I/C), Office of the Advocates-on-Record, A.P. Bhavan, New Delhi has stated that only one Office Subordinate is working in their Office out of three sanctioned posts and two posts are vacant since long time. Their office is facing much difficulty to pick up the case files from the rack and supply the same to two Advocates-on-Record. The existing one Office Subordinate besides attending the Court work and staff members also allowed to attend three (3) Advocates-on-Record in their day to day work. In addition, their office engaged two Data Entry Operators for preparation of the statements of cases pending /disposal with the Supreme Court for sending the same to the Data Entry Operators, one person is very much required to supply the files and take back to their respective place. In addition to above, one sweeper is required for sweeping work in their office and to maintain the premises neat and clean. Therefore two (2) unskilled labourers are required to attend the above said work. In G.O.Rt.No. 1083, Law, dated 2.7.2010 their office has received orders for continuation of the above two (2) unskilled persons on contract basis from outsourcing agency upto 31-3-2011. 2. She has further stated that for outsourcing skilled and unskilled persons and for house keeping , the office of the Resident Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Bhavan, New Delhi has entered into contract with M/s Ishan Survselliance and Security solutions Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi for a period of two years from 1.9.2010 to 31.8.2012. Therefore she has requested to accord permission for continuation of unskilled persons for the period from 1-4-2011 to 31-3-2012 and permit their office to engage their services through M/s Ishan Survselliance and Security solutions Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi and pay wages as per the agreement made with the Resident Commissioner by M/s Ishan Survelliance and Security solutions Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi. 3. Government after careful examination hereby permit the Special Officer(I/c), Office of the Advocates-on-Record for the State of A.P., in the Supreme Court, A.P.Bhavan, New Delhi to continue the two (2) unskilled labourers to work on contract basis through M/s Ishan Survselliance and Security solutions Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi and pay wages as per the agreement made with the Resident Commissioner by M/s Ishan Survelliance and Security solutions Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi. (Contd…):: 2 :: 4.
