Proceedings Rc.No.5774/VC.IA/2000, dt.23.01.2004 of the Commissioner, A.PVaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad 2. Appeal Petitions of Dr. V.Rameswarudu, CSS, dated 30.05.2005, 13.05.2008 and 06.05.2011 3. Govt. Memo No.1010/VC.II.2/2011-1, dated 02.09.2011 4. Review Petition of V. Rameswaradu, CSS, dated Nil, received on 28.12.2011. & & & ORDER In the reference 1st read above, Dr.V.Rameswaradu while working as Civil Surgeon Specialist at Community Heath Centre, Jammalamadugu, Kadapa District was awarded punishment for stoppage of two (2) annual grade increments with cumulative effect for his unauthorized absence w.e.f 10.07.1999 to 29.07.2001 duly treating the period of unauthorized absence as Dies – Non. 2. Dr.V.Rameswarudu has filed an appeal petitions vide reference 2nd read above before the Government with a request to modify the punishment duly treating the unauthorized absence as leave. The Government after examination has rejected his appeal petitions, lastly in the reference 3rd read above. 3. Now, Dr. V. Rameswarudu, Civil Surgeon Specialist, District Hospital, Proddatur, Kadapa District has requested to review / revise his punishment under rules 40 & 41 of A.P. Civil Services (CCA) Rules i.e. stoppage of two annual grade increments without cumulative effect besides treating the period from 10.07.1999 to 29.07.2001 as leave on medical grounds whichever is eligible vide reference 4th read above. 4. After careful examination of the request of the individual, the Government has considered his request and as he is suffering from Sciatica on the right side due to disc prolapse and hereby order that the punishment imposed on Dr. V.Rameswarudu, Civil Surgeon Specialist, District Hospital, Proddatur, Kadapa District is reduced to that of stoppage of two annual grade increments without cumulative effect, duly treating the period w.e.f. 10.07.1999 to 29.07.2001 as leave whichever he is eligible on medical grounds. 5. The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad , Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
