In the G.O. 1st read above, Dr. K. Phanikoteswara Rao, Joint
Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad has been placed in
full additional charge to the post of Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana
Parishad until further orders.
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Dr. K. Phanikoteswara Rao, Joint
Commissioner, APVVP has been promoted as Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya
Vidhana Parishad.
3. In the reference 3rd read above, Dr. K. Phanikoteswara Rao, has
reported to duty as Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad.
4. Accordingly, upon reporting Dr. K. Phanikoteswara Rao has been
admitted to duty as Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad w.e.f.
16-2-2012 FN duly relieving him from full additional charge from the post of
Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad.
