Read the following: 1. G.O.Rt.No. 557, Law (N) department, dated 25.3.2011. 2. Letter No. 1014/2011, dated 18.11.2011 received from the Advocate General, High Court of A.P., Hyderabad. ***** O R D E R: In the reference 2nd read above, the Advocate General, High Court of A.P., Hyderabad has stated that in G.O.Rt.No.557, Law(N)Department, dated 25-3-2011 permission was accorded to continue the post of Librarian on contract basis for a period of one year from 1-2-2011. The said period ends by 31-1-2012. He has further stated that a large number of books are available in their office library besides receiving the journals and other periodicals every week. The Government Pleaders in the High Court are also utilizing the Library and there is a need for watch the movement of the books to avoid missing. Therefore there is a dire need to continue the post of librarian for another term for smooth functioning of the office. He has therefore requested to issue necessary orders for extending the post of librarian for one more year from 01-2-2012. The expenditure is debitable to the Head of Account “2014-Administration of Justice, 114-Legal Advisers and Counsels, 04-Legal Advisers and Counsels, 300-Other Contractual Services (Non-Plan)” and will be met from the available budget. 2. After careful consideration of the matter, Government hereby permits the Advocate General, High Court of A.P., Hyderabad to continue the post of Librarian on contract basis for a further period of one year with effect from 1.2.2012 on payment of consolidated remuneration of Rs. 8,400/- (Rupees eight thousand four hundred only) per month by following the outsourcing guidelines scrupulously. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para (2) above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “2014- Administration of Justice, 114-Legal Advisers and Counsels, 04-Legal Advisers and Counsels, 300-Other Contractual Services (Non-Plan)”. 4.
