Moulana, Car Owner, Dated:Nil. ***** ORDER:- Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand only) to Sri Md. Moulana, Car Owner for providing his Tata Indica Car, bearing No. AP 9 AJ 6489 on hire basis to Backward Classes Welfare Department for official use of Department for the month of January, 2012 (From 01.01.2012 to 31.01.2012). 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the head of account “2251 – Secretariat Social Services MH-090 – Secretariat SH(17) – Backward Classes Welfare Department 133-Other Office Expenses 134 - Hiring of Private Vehicles. 3. It is certified that the conditions stipulated in the G.O. first read above are fulfilled by the Car driver. 4. The Backward Classes Welfare (Claims) Department are requested to draw the amount of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Only) sanctioned in para 1 above, and pay to Sri Md.Moulana, through an account payee cheque in favour of Sri Md.Moulana, Car owner, A/c No.1286101026548, Canara Bank, Lala Pet, Hyderabad for settlement of bill. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules and orders in force on the subject.
