O R D E R:
Sri P.V.Lakshmi Suresh Kumar, Deputy Director (Admn) Office of the Regional
Director of Medical & Health Services, Hyderabad was trapped by the Anti Corruption
Bureau officials on 5-2-2011, when he demanded and accepted bribe from the
complainant. In the reference 4th read above, he was placed under suspension from
Government service, pending initiation of disciplinary proceedings.
2. The order of suspension of Sri P.V.L. Suresh Kumar, Deputy Director (Admn)
has been reviewed on 8-2-2012, in light of the instructions issued in the reference 1st
read above and Government have decided that the said individual shall be continued
under suspension until further orders.
3. He is eligible for subsistence allowance 50% only as per the instructions issued
in the ref 2nd read above.
4 The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , Andhra Pradesh shall take
further action in the matter.
