From the Collector & District Magistrate, Prakasam District, Ongole, Rc.C1/365/2008, dated:18.06.2011. **** ORDER:- Government hereby appoint Sri Kanakala Lakshmi Raju, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of VI Additional District & Sessions Judge Court (FTC), Markapuram, Prakasam District for a period of (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till expiry of the period of the above said Fast Track Court or till termination of his services, whichever is earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) per month. The conditions of service of the said Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in G.O. first read above. 2. The date of joining should be intimated to Government. 3. The following Notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette; 4. The Director of Prosecutions, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary follow up action in the matter.
