O R D E R:
Sri P.Ravinder, Senior Assistant, Community Health Center, Dharpalli,
Nizamabad District was arrested by the ACB officials on 26-6-2010, in C.No.2/RCO-
NZB/2010 under section 12 of Prevention of Corruption Act. In the reference 4th read
above, he was placed under suspension from Government service, pending initiation of
disciplinary proceedings.
2. The order of suspension of Sri P.Ravinder, Senior Assistant has been reviewed
on 08-02-2012, in light of the instructions issued in the reference 1st read above and
Government have decided that the said individual shall be continued under suspension
until further orders.
3. He is eligible for subsistence allowance of 50% only as per the instructions
issued in the reference 2nd read above.
4 The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, Andhra Pradesh shall take
further action in the matter.
