Read the following:- 1. G.O.Rt.No.1237, Revenue (Vig.IV) Department, dt.03.12.2009. 2. From the G.A.(COI.R) Dept., U.O.Note No.23/COI.R/2012, dt.04.02.2012. -o0o- ORDER: In the G.O. first read above, orders were issued appointing Dr.Subhrendru Bhattacharya, IAS., Member, Commissioner of Inquiries as Inquiring Authority under Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 to enquire into the charges framed against Sri R. Prabhakar Reddy, Special Grade Deputy Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, now retired & other officials/staff of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams and submit the enquiry report within a period of three months. 2. In the U.O.Note second read above, the General Administration (COI.R) Department have informed that consequent on the orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.31, General Administration (SC.C) Department, dt.04.01.2012, appointing Sri Jitender, I.P.S., as Commissioner of Inquiries and the case has been re-assigned to Sri Jitender, I.P.S., as Commissioner of Inquiries and requested to issue orders, accordingly. 3. Now, therefore, the Disciplinary Authority, in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Rule (2) of Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1991 and in modification of the orders first read above, hereby appoint Sri Jitender, I.P.S., as Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration Department, as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against Sri R. Prabhakar Reddy, Special Grade Deputy Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, now retired & other officials/staff of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams and submit the enquiry report within a period of three months.
