No.95/E1/DCHS/2011, Dt.23-02-2011 * * * * O R D E R: Sri L.Nagabhushana Rao, Junior Assistant, District Hospital, Vizianagaram was trapped by the Anti Corruption Bureau officials on 22-02-2011, when he demanded and accepted bribe from the complainant. In the reference 4th read above, he was placed under suspension from Government service, pending initiation of disciplinary proceedings. 2. The order of suspension of Sri L.Nagabhushana Rao, Junior Assistant, District Hospital, Vizianagaram has been reviewed on 8-2-2012, in light of the instructions issued in the reference 1st read above and Government have decided that the said individual shall be continued under suspension until further orders. 3. He is eligible for subsistence allowance 50% only as per the instructions issued in the reference 2nd read above. 4 The Commissioner, A.P.Vaidhya Vidhana Parishad shall take further action in the matter.
