ORDER:
M/s Jyothi Computer Services, Hyderabad have furnished bill for Rs.10,308/-
(Rupees Ten Thousand Three Hundred and Eight Only) towards service charges for the
Month of February’ 2012 (i.e.,01.02.2012 to 29.2.2012) in respect of Sri D.Munna
Lal, Record Assistant, whose services are drawn from the Agency on outsourcing basis
to work in Revenue (CMRF) Department.
2. Government hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs.10,308/-
(Rupees Ten Thousand Three Hundred and Eight Only) towards remuneration
including Statutory payments of the above Record Assistant, for the Month of
February’ 2012 (i.e.,01.02.2012 to 29.2.2012).
3. Accordingly, a Cheque bearing No.585653, dt.13.03.2012 for Rs.10,308/-
(Rupees Ten Thousand Three Hundred and Eight Only) is sent herewith to M/s Jyothi
Computer Services, Hyderabad for disbursal of the amount to the above Record
Assistant after deducting TDS, etc., as per rules.
4. The expenditure sanctioned in Para 2 above shall be met from the Chief
Minister’s Relief Fund.
