And whereas, it is considered that a Presenting Officer should be appointed to present before the Inquiring Authority on behalf of the disciplinary authority in respect of the article of charges, framed against the Charged Officers in this case, in view of request of Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau, A.P., Hyderabad in the reference 3rd read above. 3. Now, therefore, the disciplinary authority in exercise of the powers conferred under Clause (C) of Sub Rule (5) of Rule 20 of the said rules, hereby appoint the Joint Sub Registrar (I), Eluru, West Godavari District as the Presenting Officer. He shall obtain required material from the concerned officer. Deputy Inspector General to monitor the completion of enquiry without delay.
