Proceedings of the DG, DCA, Hyderabad Rc.No 8763/E1/2010, Dt.26-07-2010 * * * * * O R D E R: Sri M.Vijay Gopal, Assistant Director-III, I/c Drug Inspector, Hayathnagar Zone was trapped by the Anti Corruption Burreau officials on 19-07-2010, when he demanded and accepted bribe from the complainant. In the reference 4th read above, he was placed under suspension from Government service, pending initiation of disciplinary proceedings. 2. The order of suspension of Sri M.Vijay Gopal, Assistant Director-III, I/c Drug Inspector, Hayathnagar Zone has been reviewed on 8-2-2012, in light of the instructions issued in the reference 1st read above and Government have decided and order that the said individual shall be continued under suspension until further orders. 3. He is eligible for subsistence allowance of 50% only as per the instructions issued in the reference 2nd read above. 4. The Director General, Drugs Control Administration shall take further action in the matter.
