(1) Ponupu Shivanna @ Shivasai(A1) S/o Buvvanna, (2) Soppari Beechpally (A2) S/o Krishnaiah. 2 The Government after careful examination of the matter, have decided to instruct the Collector and District Magistrate,Mahabubnagar District to request the Assistant Public Prosecutor concerned to initiate immediate action in accordance with law for withdrawal of prosecution under section 321 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) and the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.54, Law (LA&J – Home Courts-B) Department, Dated: 30.03.2000, against the accused persons mentioned in para (1) above in Cr.No. 185/2009, under sections 447,427 and 153-A of the Indian Penal Code,1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) of Pebbair Police Station, pending before the Hon’ble Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Wanaparthy, vide C.C.No. 88/2010, under intimation to the Government.
