Vijaya Kumar Reddy, Sub Registrar Grade-II has requested repatriation to his earlier Zone-IV on certain personal ground. He has also made an undertaking in his application that he will take last rank among the Sub Registrars Grade-II working in Zone-IV in case his request for repatriation is considered by the Government. 2. Government, after careful consideration of the request of Sri S.Vijaya Kumar Reddy, hereby accord permission to the Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration and Stamps to effect the Zonal transfer of Sri S. Vijaya Kumar Reddy, Sub Registrar Grade-II, Maredpally (Zone-VI) to Zone-IV under the provisions of para 5(2) ( c ) of the Presidential Order, 1975. He should be assigned last rank next below the last regular candidate in Zone-IV, duly foregoing his seniority in the present working unit of Zone-VI. The individual is not eligible for TA/DA and joining time. 3. Government also hereby order that Sri Yadagiri Reddy, who was posted as Joint Sub Relgistrar-I, Nalgonda but reportedly hasnot joined as yet is now posted as Maredpally Sub Registrar in the arising vacancy. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in force.
