Rev)Department, Dt: 25.02.2012. *** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above the Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, A.P. Hyderabad has requested to accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.50.00 lakhs provided in the current financial year under the Head of account 4070-800-11-10-530-531 in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulations and also requested to provide Rs.1.25 crores as additional amount in the current year budget and release the same so as to enable them to complete the construction work of the buildings. 2. In the reference 2nd read above orders were issued releasing an amount of Rs.25,00,000/ (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) to the Commissioner of Excise. Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad towards 3rd quarter amount from the provision of B.E 2011-12. 3.
