The Government after careful examination of the matter, have decided to instruct the Collector and District Magistrate, Medak District to request the Assistant Public Prosecutor concerned to initiate immediate action in accordance with law for Withdrawal of the prosecution under section 321 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ( Central Act 2 of 1974) and guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.54, Law (LA &J – Home – Courts.B) Department, Dated:30-03-2000, against the accused persons mentioned in para (1) above, in Cr.No. 258/2009 of Gajwel Police Station under section 188 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the Special Mobile Court Medak, vide CC No.441/2011 under intimation to the Government.
