From the Commissioner, APVVP, Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.340/M1A/2011, dated 21-12-2011. *** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, Dr. I. Kameshwar, CSS (Ortho), District Hospital, Mahabubnagar has represented that his mother is suffering from “Thyroid Cancer” since six months and stays at Nalgonda Town. His father expired and nobody is there to look after her and she is totally dependent on his services. He has requested to give him an opportunity to work at District Hospital, Nalgonda and facilitate him to look after his mother who is in grievous condition. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad has stated that there are no vacancies of CSS at District Hospital, Nalgonda. However Dr. V.Janardhan Reddy, CSS (OBG) is going to retire on 31-12-2011. 3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order to transfer of Dr. I. Kameshwar, Civil Surgeon Specialist (Ortho) from District Hospital, Mahabubnagar to District Hospital, Nalgonda in the existing vacancy of Civil Surgeon Specialist in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, Dated:22-06-2011. 4. The individual is not entitled for Transfer Travelling Allowances (TTA) /DA, Joining time etc., as the transfer is affected on his own request. 5. The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 6.
