The Government after careful examination of the matter, have decided to instruct the Collector and District Magistrate, Warangal District. to request the Assistant Public Prosecutor concerned to initiate immediate action in accordance with law for Withdrawal of the prosecution under section 321 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ( Central Act 2 of 1974) and guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.54, LAW (LA&J-Home Courts-B) Department Dated: 30.03.2000, against the accused persons mentioned in para (1) above, in Cr.No. 192/2009 of Cheriyal Police Station, under section 436 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the Hon’ble Addl.Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Jangaon, vide CC No.20/2010 under intimation to the Government.
