Secretariat, Hyderabad, Lr.RC.No.400/CDS/ 12, dt.25.02.2012. *********** O R D E R: Sri L.Krishna Mohan, Section Officer (Retd), Revenue Department, in his application 2nd read above has stated that, he has taken treatment for himself and for his wife at Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad during the period from 16.11.2011 to 16.01.2012 and incurred and expenditure of Rs.10,259/-. He has furnished all relevant papers and requested the Government to reimburse the said amount to him. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Government have sent the application and medical bills to Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad with a request to scrutinize the medical bills and indicate the admissible amount for reimbursement to the Individual. 3. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad in his letter 4th read above, has stated that the medical bills of Sri L.Krishna Mohan, Section Officer (Retd), Revenue Department, towards himself and for his wife’s treatment at Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad have been scrutinized in terms of APIMA Rules, 1972 read with G.O.Ms.No. 107, LAW (La& J-SC-F) Deptt., dated: 14.07.2006 and offered the following remarks:- Total Amount Claimed Rs.10,259.00 Inadmissible Amount Rs. 360.00 __________ Gross Admissible amount Rs. 9,899.00 LESS: 10% cut on Admissible --- amount in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 107, LAW (La& J- SC-F) Deptt., dated: 14.07.2006 Net Admissible Amount Rs. 9,899.00 4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs.9,899/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Nine only) to Sri L.Krishna Mohan, Section Officer (Retd), Revenue Department, towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred to himself and for his wife’s treatment during the period from 16.11.2011 to 16.01.2012 at Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad as recommended by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. ( P.T.O.):: 2 :: 5. The expenditure sanctioned in para 4 above, shall be debited to “2052 – Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – 09 – Revenue Department – 010 – Salaries; 017- Medical Reimbursement.” 6. The Revenue (OP.II) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the individual. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules.
