From M/s Sankalpa Enterprises, Hyderabad, dt.23.07.2011. --oOo— ORDER:- Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.34,040/- (Rupees Thirty four thousand and forty only) to the Manager, Sankalpa Enterprises, Hyderabad towards the cost of Stationery and Non-Stationery items supplied to Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (1) above shall be debited to :- “2251 – Secretariat Social Services – M.H. – 090 - Secretariat S.H. 06 – Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department - 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses”. 3. The Health, Medical and Family Welfare (OP. Claims) Department are requested to draw the above amount and arrange payment by way of a cheque in favour of M/s Sankalpa Enterprises, Hyderabad current A/c No.02182000000287, HDFC Bank, Malakpet Branch, Hyderabad RTGS/NEFT/IFSC; HDFC 0000218, MICR Code: 500240007. 4. This order does not require to concurrence of Finance Department as per rules.
