ORDER:
The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letter read
above, for the reasons mentioned therein, based on the report of the Superintendent of
Police, Warangal District has recommended for withdrawal of prosecution against the
following accused persons in Cr.No.178/2009 of Chityal Police Station, under sections
143 and 427, read with section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before
the Hon’ble Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Parkal, vide CC No.148/2010.

2. The Government after careful examination of the matter, have decided to
instruct the Collector and District Magistrate, Warangal District. to request the
Assistant Public Prosecutor concerned to initiate immediate action in accordance with
law for Withdrawal of the prosecution under section 321 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) and guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.54, LAW
(LA&J-Home Courts-B) Department, Dated: 30.03.2000 against the accused persons
mentioned in para (1) above, in Cr.No. 178/2009 of Chityal Police Station, under
sections 143 and 427, read with section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860
pending before the Hon’ble Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Parkal, vide CC
No.148/2010, under intimation to the Government.
