ORDER:
The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letter read
above, for the reasons mentioned therein, based on the report of the Superintendent of
Police, Nizamabad District has recommended for withdrawal of prosecution against
the following accused persons in Cr.No.51/2010 of Kamareddy Police Station under
sections 324, 427 and 506 read with 34 the Indian Penal Code, 1860 Pending before
the Hon’ble Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kamareddy, vide CC No.100/2010;
S/Sri:
1). Komu Thirmal Reddy (A1), S/o. Agam Reddy
2). Mallannagari Bhum Reddy (A2), S/o.Saratha Reddy
3). Manda Venkat Ram Reddy (A3), S/o.Ramchandra Reddy
4). Kaytham Siddiramulu (A4), S/o. Sri Ramulu
5). Chetkuri Gangaram (A5), S/o. Gangaiah
6). E. Jagannatham (A6), S/o. Narsaiah.
2. The Government after careful examination of the matter, have decided to
instruct the Collector and District Magistrate, Nizamabad District. to request the
Assistant Public Prosecutor concerned to initiate immediate action in accordance with
law for Withdrawal of the prosecution under section 321 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973 ( Central Act 2 of 1974) and guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.54, LAW
(LA&J-Home Courts-B) Department Dated: 30.03.2000, against the accused persons
mentioned in para (1) above, in Cr.No. 51/2010 of Kamareddy Police Station under
sections 324, 427 and 506 read with 34 the Indian Penal Code, 1860 Pending before
the Hon’ble Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kamareddy, vide CC No.100/2010,
under intimation to the Government..
