In the reference read above, the Commissioner Endowments
Department, A.P. Hyderabad has requested the Government to issue a
Notification for constitution of Non- Hereditary Trust Board to Sri
Veerabhadra Swamy Devasthanam, Kuravi (V&M) of Warangal District. The
Government after careful examination of the proposals decided to issue a
Notification, inviting applications from the interested persons for constitution
of Non - Hereditary Trust Board to Sri Veerabhadra Swamy Devasthanam,
Kuravi (V&M) of Warangal District. Accordingly, the following Notification is
issued.
NOTIFICATION
2. In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section
15 of Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions &
Endowments Act, 1987 (Act No.30/87) as amended by Act No.33/2007 read
with sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Appointment of Trustees Rules, 1987,
Government hereby notify in the Form-I & II appended to this order inviting
applications from the interested persons for constitution of Non - Hereditary
Trust Board to Sri Veerabhadra Swamy Devasthanam, Kuravi (V&M) of
Warangal District.

Name of the Institution : Sri Veerabhadra Swamy Devasthanam, Kuravi
(V&M) of Warangal District.
It is hereby informed that a Non-Hereditary Trust Board will be
constituted to Sri Veerabhadra Swamy Devasthanam, Kuravi (V&M) of
Warangal District by the Government under sub section (1) of section 15 of
the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and
Endowments Act, 1987 as amended by Act No. 33 of 2007 after (20) days
from the date of this Notice.
Interested persons may send their applications for trusteeship in the
prescribed proforma vide Form II of the rules under sub section (3) of section
17 of Act, within twenty days from the date of this notice to the Principal
Secretary to Government, Revenue (Endowments) Department, “L” Block,
5th Floor, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad.
