G.O.Rt 48, HM&FW (VC1) Dept,dt 07-01-2011 **** ORDER: It has been brought to the notice of Government that a disproportionate assets case was registered in Cr. No. 35/ACB-CR-I/2010, under section 13 (2) read with 13(1) (e) of P.C. Act, 1988 against Sri. A..Lakshminarayana, Assistant Director, IPM, Hyderabad and searches were conducted at his residence at Plot No. 67, H.No. 5-5-157, Vanastali hills, Vanastalipuram, Hyderabad and other places and found that he is in possession of assets disproportionate to the known source of his income and that he was arrested on 30-12-2010 and remanded to Judicial custody on 31-12-2010 and the case is under investigation.In the reference 4th read above, he was placed under suspension from Government service, pending initiation of disciplinary proceedings. 2. The suspension of Sri. A..Lakshminarayana, Assistant Director, Institute of Preventive Medicine, has been reviewed on 08-02-2012; in light of the instructions issued in the reference 1st read above and Government have decided that the said individual shall be continued under suspension until further orders. 3. He is eligible for subsistence allowance 50% only as per the instructions issued in the reference 2nd read above. 4. The Director, Institute of Preventive Medicine, Hyderabad shall take further action in the matter.
