O R D E R:
In the reference 1st read above, Sri K.Madhusudhana Rao, IAS.,
Commissioner & Inspector General(R&S), Hyderabad, has stated that, he has
incurred an amount of Rs.11,110/- on his mother’s treatment at Star Hospital,
Banjara Hills, Hyderabad during the period from 03/09/2011 to 30/09/2011. He has
furnished all relevant papers and requested the Government to accord sanction to
reimburse the said amount to him.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Civil Surgeon, A.P. Secretariat
Dispensary Hyderabad has scrutinized the medical bills submitted by Sri
K.Madhusudhana Rao, I.A.S., Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration
and Stamps, Hyderabad incurred for treatment of his mother and certified the net
admissible amount for reimbursement as Rs.8,005/- subject to submission of
Doctor prescriptions. In the reference 4th read above, the relevant doctor’s
prescriptions were furnished.
3. Government after careful examination, hereby accord sanction for a sum of
Rs.8,005/- (Rupees Eight Thousand and Five only) to Sri K.Madhusudhana Rao,
I.A.S., Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, towards
reimbursement of Medical expenditure incurred for treatment of his mother under
APIMA Rules, 1972.
4. The medical bills and other papers received with the D.O.Letter 1st read
above along with scrutiny report are herewith returned to the Commissioner and
Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, Hyderabad for taking necessary
action in the matter.
