O R D E R :
Sri G.Mahamood Naick, Section Officer (Retd), Revenue Department, in his
application 2nd read above has stated that, he has taken treatment for his wife at Govt.
Civil Dispensary, Secretariat, during the period from 15.09.2011 to 14.01.2012 for an
amount of Rs.2,472/-. He has furnished all relevant papers and requested the
Government to reimburse the said amount to him.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Government have sent the application and
medical bills to Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad
with a request to scrutinize the medical bills and indicate the admissible amount for
reimbursement to the Individual.
3. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad in his
letter 4th read above, has stated that the medical bills of Sri G.Mahamood Naick
.Section Officer (Retd), Revenue Department, towards his wife’s treatment during the
period from 15.09.2011 to 14.01.2012 at Govt. Civil Dispensary, Secretariat have been
scrutinized in terms of APIMA Rules, G.O.Ms.No. 107, LAW (La& J-SC-F) Deptt.,
dated: 14.07.2006 and offered the following remarks:-
Total Amount Claimed Rs.2,472.00
As per G.O.105, HM&FW Dept.,
Dt:09.04.07
Inadmissible Amount Rs. 830.40

LESS: 10% cut on Admissible ---

Net Admissible Amount Rs. 1,641.60
Rounded to Rs. 1,642.00
4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for
payment of an amount of Rs.1,642/- (Rupees One Thousand Six Hundred and Forty
Two only) to Sri G.Mahamood Naick. Section Officer (Retd), Revenue Department,
towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by for his wife’s treatment during
the period from 15.09.2011 to 14.01.2012 at Govt. Civil Dispensary Secretariat as
recommended by Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat,
Hyderabad.

5. The expenditure sanctioned in para 4 above, shall be debited to “2052 –
Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – 09 – Revenue Department – 010 –
Salaries; 017- Medical Reimbursement.”
6. The Revenue (OP.II) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the
individual.
7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the
rules.
