ORDER:
In relaxation of Rule 15(B)(1) read with rule 15(A) (1)(a)(i) of the
General Provident Fund (A.P) Rules, Government hereby accord sanction to
Dr.D.Prabhakara Rao, District Judge on OD as Secretary (Legal), State
Election Commission, A.P. Secunderabad for Part-final withdrawal for an
amount of Rs.6,30,000/- from his G.P.F. Account No.16284/Judl., as a special
case, to meet the expenses in connection with the higher education of his
daughter and son, for studying M.B.B.S., Phase-III, part-I in J.J.M. Medical
College, Davangere & Mediciti Institute of Medical Science (MIMS), Ghanpur
(V), Medchal Mandal, R.R.District . The note of 2 of 15 (B) is complied with.
2. Necessary particulars are furnished in the Appendix ‘O’ enclosed.
