ORDER:
In the letter read above, the Director General, Drugs & Copyrights, Drugs Control
Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has informed that Sri.R.V.S.R.B.Sarma working as
Joint Director (Enforcement) Completed one year continuous service with in the period
of 2 years, and he is eligible for regularization of services under Rue 16(a) and
declaration of probation under Rule 18(a) of the A.P. State and Subordinate Rules r/w
Rule 8 of A.P. Drugs Control Administration Service Special Rules, 1996.
2. Under Rule 16(a) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules Government
hereby Regularize the Services of Sri.R.V.S.R.B.Sarma with effect from 03-09-2010
F.N. and also declare the probation with effect from 09-09-2011 A.N ( availed 07 days
of Earned Leave from 22.03.2011 to 28.03.2011)
3. The Director General, Drugs & Copyrights, Drugs Control Administration,
Hyderabad shall enter the above dates in the service Register of the individual and take
further necessary action in the matter.
