Civil Surgeon, District Hospital, Machilipatnam, Krishna District has represented that he underwent angioplasty for Myocardial infarction in the year 2008, his wife Dr. K. Jyothirmani, CSS(Opthal) is working at Community Health Centre, Chilakaluripet, Guntur District and requested to transfer him to Community Health Centre, Chilakaluripet, Guntur District. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad has recommended to consider the request of Dr. I. Ramachandra Babu, Dy. C.S. on spouse grounds. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby order to transfer Dr. I. Ramachandra Babu, Dy. Civil Surgeon, District Hospital, Machilipatnam, Krishna District to Community Health Centre, Chilakaluripet, Guntur District in the exiting vacancy of Dy. Civil Surgeon in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, Dated:22-6-2011. 4. The individual is not entitled for Transfer Travelling Allowances (TTA) / DA, Joining time etc., as the transfer is effected on his own request. 5. The Commissioner, A.P.
