GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (OP.IV) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No.415 Dated:27-1-2012 ORDER: Sanction is hereby accorded to incur an expenditure of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs only) towards payment for Government Service stamps payable to the Chief Postmaster, General Post Office, Abids, Hyderabad to meet the expenditure for dispatch of the Department’s communications. 2. The expenditure towards supply of Government Service Stamps shall be debited to the Head of Account “2013 – Council of Ministers – MH 800 Other expenditure – SH(04) Other expenditure – 130 Office Expenses – 131 Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges”. 3. The General Administration (OP.VI) Department are requested to draw and credit the amount sanctioned in para(1) above in favour of Drawing and Disbursing Officer, General Administration Department A/c. No.62204011238, S.B.H., Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad to issue a cheque for Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs only) to Chief Postmaster, General Post Office, Abids, Hyderabad towards supply of service stamps for the use in the General Administration Department. 4.
