O R D E R:
Government after careful examination of the request of the Chief
Executive Officer, Zilla Praja Parishad, Visakhapatnam District, hereby direct
that the period from 28.05.2011 to 28.06.2011 for (32) days during which
period Sri D. Venkat Reddy, Special Grade Deputy Collector was waiting for
posting in Revenue Department be treated as compulsory wait under
F.R.9(6)(b).
2. The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land
Administration, A.P., Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FR.I) Department,
vide their U.O.No.4805/123/FR.I/12, Dt.09.03.2012.
