From Ms. R.Madhavi, Additional Public Prosecutor, V AASJ Court, Guntur representation, dated:10-12-2010. @@@ ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, Government have appointed Ms. R.Madhavi, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the court of V Additional Senior Civil Judge (ASJ) Court, Guntur for a period of (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination of her services, whichever is earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six thousand only) per month. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, Government have issued orders for shifting of V Additional Senior Civil Judge’s Court, Guntur, from Guntur to Sattenapalli along with staff. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, Ms. R.Madhavi, Additional Public Prosecutor has requested to permit and accept her appearance before the Hon’ble V AASJ Court, Sattenapalli, as the same has been shifted from Guntur to Sattenapalli, Guntur District. 4. After careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to Ms. R.Madhavi, Additional Public Prosecutor, V Additional Senior Civil Judge (ASJ) Court, Guntur to continue her appearance before the said Additional V Additional Senior Civil Judge (ASJ) Court, Sattenapalli, Guntur District, as the same has been shifted from Guntur to Sattenapalli, Guntur District. 5. The Director of Prosecutions, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, is requested to take further necessary action in the matter.
