Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs. 347/- (Rupees three hundred and
forty seven only) towards Telephone bill for the month of January-2012 in respect of
residential Telephone No. 20023959 installed at the residence of Sri. T.Narayana Reddy,
Additional Secretary to Government, Law Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad.
2. The Deputy P.A.O. Secretariat, Branch is requested to credit the amount to the
Bank Account No. CA/01/005095; Bank Name. CORPORATION BANK; Branch.

Number: CORP0000044.
3. The amount sanctioned at para (1) above shall be debited to the Major Head”
