From the CPE Lr.Cr.No.9151/2011/CPE/L1, Dt: 31.12.2011. * * * O R D E R: The Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise in his letter third read above has stated the Asst. Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise (Distilleries) Tirupathi, has submitted proposals for sanction of leave on medical grounds for the following period in respect of Sri P.Ranga Swamy, AP&ES, Distillery Officer, M/s. Mohan Breweries & Distilleries LTD, Chittoor who expired on 04.06.2011 while in service. 1. E.L. for 120 days from 01.01.2009 to 30.04.2009. 2. HPL for 77 days from 01.05.2009 to 16.07.2009. 3. E.O.L for 168 days from 17.07.2009 to 03.01.2010. 4. E.L for 124 days from 12.03.2010 to 12.07.2010. 5. E.O.L for 336 days from 13.07.2010 to 03.06.2011. 2. The Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise has further stated that as per Rule 11 of A.P. Leave Rules, 1933 the Earned Leave for continuous period shall be restricted to 120 days (this provision was in vogue upto 03.05.2010) and the same was extended to 180 days under G.O.Ms. No. 153 Fin (F.R-I) Dept., Dt: 04.05.2010 and requested the Govt. to accord permission to sanction HPL/EL/EOL for the above mentioned period in respect of late Sri P.Ranga Swamy, AP&ES, Distillery Officer, M/s. Mohan Breweries & Distilleries LTD, Chittoor in terms of A.P. Leave Rules, 1933 and communicate orders at an early date. 3. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby sanction the EOL for the period from 17.07.2009 to 03.01.2010 and 13.07.2010 to 03.06.2011(504 days) on medical certificate in respect of Sri P.Ranga Swamy, AP&ES, Distillery Officer, M/s. Mohan Breweries & Distilleries LTD, Chittoor who expired on 04.06.2011 while in service, in terms of clarification issued vide Memo in the reference 1st read above. 4. As regards EL(244 days) and HPL(77 days) the Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action as per rules in force. 5. The Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, A.P., Hyderabad shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
