G.O.Rt.No.974, Finance (Expr.HM&FW-II) Department, Dt:17.03.2012. * * * O R D E R: Based on the proposal received from the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Hyderabad vide letter 1st read above and in pursuance of the Orders issued by the Finance (Expr.HM&FW-II) Department in the Government Order 2nd read above, Government hereby issue an administrative sanction order authorizing the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, AP, Hyderabad to release LOC for an amount of Rs.2,11,94,000/- (Rupees two crores eleven lakhs ninety four thousand only) from the B.E. 2011-12 (Non-Plan) towards 3rd and 4th quarters under the following Scheme: Non-Plan (Rupees in Thousands) Sl. The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, AP, Hyderabad shall issue the LOC. All the items of works shall be executed through the APHMHIDC, Hyderabad. The Managing Director, APHMHIDC, Hyderabad shall indicate in the distribution order of this LOC amount, the executing Agency chosen for undertaking the above items of works and intimate the fact to the Director of Works and Accounts, AP, Hyderabad and the Pay and Accounts Officer (W&P) of the district concerned. 3. The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, AP, Hyderabad and the Director of Works and Accounts, AP, Hyderabad are requested to regulate the expenditure to the extent of LOC now authorized. 4. The Director of Public Health, AP, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter and furnish the utilization certificate/Statement of Expenditure for the amount sanctioned at para-1 above to Government.
