G.O.Ms.No.20, Law (LA&J Home Courts.C) Department, Dated: 24.02.2012. &&& ORDER:- In the circumstances reported by the Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in the letter third read above, the Government have decided to appoint Sri K.Venkateswara Rao, Retired District Judge, as Special Magistrate for Special Mobile Court in Medak District at Sangareddy, for a period of (1) year or till the individual attains the age of 65 years whichever is earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) per month and Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) per sitting. He shall work under the control and supervision of Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh. 2. The Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action accordingly. 3. Accordingly the following Notification will be published in an Extraordinary Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections (2) of section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), read with sub-section (2) of Section 3 of Andhra Pradesh Promotion of Social Audit and Prevention of Corrupt Practices Ordinance 1 of 2012, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint Sri K.Venkateswara Rao, Retired District Judge, as Special Judicial Magistrate for Mobile Court under the Andhra Pradesh Promotion of Social Audit and Prevention of Corrupt Practices Ordinance 1 of 2012, in Medak District at Sangareddy, for a period of one year from the date of assuming the charge of the post or till he attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) per month, and Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) per sitting. He shall work under the control and supervision of Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, as per the existing rules, subject to the following conditions, namely:- (1) if the individual refuses or does not join within (15) days from the date of issue of the notification, he shall forfeit the claim to the post of Special Judicial Magistrate of I Class; (P.T.O.):: 02 :: (2) he will be removed without being called upon to show cause, if he fails to attend three consecutive sittings of the Court, without written permission of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
