From the Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.4630/N1/2011, dt. 23/11/2011 2. G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, dated 22.06.2011. * * * ORDER: 1. Smt.M.Saradamma, Head Nurse, Dist. Head Quarters Hospital, Chittoor District has represented that she is a widow, handicapped and suffering with CAD Acut A.W.M.I.TLT with STK, NSR, 9RBBB, moderate LVD E.F-355. She has therefore requested for transfer to Area Hospital, Madanapalle, Chittoor District in the existing vacancy. 2. The Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad has reported in his letter 1st read above, that there is a vacancy of Head Nurse in Area Hospital, Madanapalle, Chittoor District. 3. After examination of the proposal, the Government hereby order for the transfer of Smt.M.Saradamma, Head Nurse, District Head Quarters Hospital, Chittoor District and post her in Area Hospital, Madanapalle, Chittoor District in the existing vacancy in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above. 4. Smt.M.Saradamma, is not eligible for any TTA/DA since above transfer is at her own request. 5. The Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly. 6.
