From the Principal Secretary, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department Note dated:21.2.2012. 3 From the District Collector, Medak, Lr.No.SA/Spl.MC/1653/2011, dated: 22.2.2012. 4 G.O.Ms.No. 20, Law (L&J-Home-Courts.C) Department, dt:24.2.2012 **** ORDER:- In the circumstances stated in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby appoint Sri G.Venkataramulu, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor for the newly established Special Mobile Court, Medak at Sangareddy for trial of offences under the AP Promotion of Social Audit & Prevention of Corrupt Practices Ordinance,2012 for a period of one year or till the disposal of the cases whichever is earlier with a remuneration of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) per month under Section 24(8) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 . Accordingly, the following notification shall be published in the A.P.Gazette: NOTIFICATION Under sub Section (8) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department dt:6.12.2000 the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint Sri G.Venkataramulu, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor for the newly established Special Mobile court, Medak at Sangareddy for trial of offences under the AP Promotion of Social Audit & Prevention of corrupt Practices Ordinance,2012 for a period of one year or till the disposal of the cases whichever is earlier with a remuneration of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) per month under Section 24(8) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 .
