No. 153, Finance (Expr.GAD.I) Department, dated: 17-01-2012. *** O R D E R : In the reference 1st read above, the Registrar, Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, has requested the Government to accord necessary permission for sanction of additional budget provision of Rs. 5.00 lakhs to clear the present pending bills and utilize the balance amount for the Financial Year 2011-2012, under the Head “130-Office Expenses / 133 – Water and Electricity Charges”. 2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Orders were issued releasing an amount of Rs. 5.00Lakhs (Rupees Five Lakhs only) under non-plan as additional budget towards payment of Electricity Charges of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grant during 2011-2012 under the Head of Account: “MH.2014 –Administration of Justice – MH-116 – State Administrative Tribunals – SH (04)- A.P. Administrative Tribunal – 130/133 – Water and Electricity charges”. 3. Government, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 5.00 Lakhs (Rupees Five Lakhs only) under non-plan as additional budget towards payment of Electricity Charges of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. 4. The additional budget sanctioned in para 03 above, shall be debited to the Head of Account: “MH.2014 –Administration of Justice – MH-116 – State Administrative Tribunals – SH (04) - A.P. Administrative Tribunal – 130/133 – Water and Electricity charges” as per Budget Release Order. 5. The Registrar, Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad shall take further action in the matter.::2:: 6. This Order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (Expr.
