G.O.Rt.No.440, HM & FW (VC-1) Deptt., dt. 26-03-2010. * * * * * O R D E R: Sri G.Koteswara Rao, Drug Inspector, Hayathnagar Zone, Ranga Reddy District was trapped by the Anti Corruption Bureau officials on 10-07-2007, when he demanded and accepted bribe from the complainant. In the reference 4th read above, he was placed under suspension from Government service, pending initiation of disciplinary proceedings and reviewed the case after completion of two years and ordered to continue under suspension in the G.O. 6th read above. 2. The suspension of Sri G.Koteswara Rao, Drug Inspector, Hayathnagar Zone, Ranga Reddy District has again been reviewed on 08-02-2012, in light of the instructions issued in the reference 1st and 5th read above and Government have decided and order that the said individual shall be continued under suspension until further orders, as he is not cooperating with the investigating agency and he was already declared a proclaimed offender by the Court. 3. He is eligible for subsistence allowance of 50% only as per the instructions issued in the reference 2nd read above. 4. The Director General, Drugs Control Administration shall take further action in the matter.
