Letter No. 121/2011, dated 17.8.2011 received from the Public Prosecutor’s Office, High Court of A.P., Hyderabad. ***** O R D E R: In the reference 2nd read above, the Public Prosecutor, High Court of A.P., Hyderabad has stated that in G.O.Rt.No. 1067, Law (L2) department, dated 23.6.2011 Government have appointed four Additional Public Prosecutors and pursuant to the said G.O. three Additional Public Prosecutors have assumed office and Sri Patti Srinivasulu, the 4th Additional Public Prosecutor has assumed Office on 4.8.2011. He has further stated that the Government in terms of G.O.Rt.No. 1097, Law (N) department, dated 7.7.2007 permitted the Public Prosecutor and three Additional Public Prosecutors to engage one Junior Stenographer and one Record Assistant each on contract basis. As such one Junior Steno and one Record Assistant are to be engaged on contract basis by the 4th Additional Public Prosecutor on par with other Law Officers. Therefore he has requested for necessary permission to engage one Junior Steno and one Record Assistant on contract basis in terms of G.O.Rt.No. 1097, Law (N) department, dated 7.7.2007 and on a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 8400/- and Rs.6700/- respectively in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 3, Finance (SMPC-II) department, dated 12.1.2011 for a period of one year from 4.8.2011 i.e.the date of assumption of Office by the 4th Additional Public Prosecutor, High Court of A.P., Hyderabad and the expenditure is debitable to the Head of Account “ 2014 - Administration of Justice, 114 - Legal Advisers and Counsels, 04 - Legal Advisers and Counsels, 300 - Other Contractual Services”. 2. Government after careful examination hereby permits Sri P.Srinivasulu, 4th Additional Public Prosecutor to engage one (1) Junior Steno and one (1) Record Assistant on contract basis for a period of one year with effect from 4.8.2011 in terms of G.O.Rt.No. 1097, Law (N) department, dated 7.7.2007 and on a monthly remuneration of Rs. 8,400/- and Rs. 6,700/- respectively in terms of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No. 3, Finance (SMPC-II) department, dated 12.1.2011.
