G.O.Rt.No.1613, HM & FW (VC-1) Deptt., dt. 27-11-2010. * * * * * O R D E R: Sri Ch.V.Suresh Babu, Junior Assistant, Area Hospital, Gudivada was trapped by the Anti Corruption Bureau officials on 08-12-2009, when he demanded and accepted bribe from the complainant. In the reference 4th read above, he was placed under suspension from Government service, pending initiation of disciplinary proceedings and reviewed the case and ordered to continue under suspension in the G.O. 6th read above. 2. The suspension of Sri Ch.V.Suresh Babu, Junior Assistant, Area Hospital, Gudivada has been reviewed on 8-2-2012, in light of the instructions issued in the reference 1st and 5th read above and Government have decided and order that the said individual shall be continued under suspension until further orders. 3. He is eligible for subsistence allowance of 50% only as per the instructions issued in the reference 2nd read above. 4. The Commissioner, A.P.Vaidhya Vidhana Parishad shall take further action in the matter.
