ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Health & Family
Welfare in the reference 4th read above and after careful examination of
the matter Government hereby decided to consider the transfer
Smt.D.Reddamma, MPHS (F) PHC D.Hirehal of Anantapur District to
T.B.Unit, SVRR Hospital, Tirupathi, Chittoor District in the existing vacancy in
relaxation of ban orders, subject to condition that the individual is not eligible for
T.A./D.A and joining time duly cancelling the orders issued in G.O.2nd read
above.
2. The Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare Hyderabad shall take
further necessary action in the matter.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their
U.O.No.34664/1179/A1/DCM.III/11, dt.09.01.2012,.
