G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, dated 22.06.2011. * * * ORDER: 1. Smt. M.V.Prema Suseela, Head Nurse, Government General Hospital, Anantapur has represented that she is suffering from cancer and undergone surgery (trans thoracic total Esophagectomy) for carcinoma of esophagus. She has therefore requested for transfer to Government General Hospital, Kurnool on humanitarian and medical grounds in the existing vacancy. 2. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, has reported in his letter 1st read above, that there is a vacancy of Head Nurse in Government General Hospital, Kurnool. 3. After examination of the proposal, the Government hereby order for the transfer of Smt. M.V.Prema Suseela, Head Nurse, Government General Hospital, Anantapur and post her in Government General Hospital, Kurnool in the existing vacancy in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above. 4. Smt. M.V.Prema Suseela, is not eligible for any TTA/DA since above transfer is at her own request. 5. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly. 6.
