ORDER:-
In the G.O.3rd read above, Sri.N.Ashok Kumar, Advocate, is appointed as
Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Seeds Development Corporation
Limited (APSSDC), Hyderabad, in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, for a period of
three years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till the termination of
his services, whichever is earlier.
2. In the reference 4th read above, the Advocate General for the State of Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad, has stated that, though considerable time has lapsed,
Sri.N.Ashok Kumar, Advocate, who was appointed as Standing Counsel for the Andhra
Pradesh State Seeds Development Corporation Limited (APSSDC), Hyderabad, in the
High Court of A.P., did not assume charge of the said post and hence requested to
rescind the orders issued in the G.O.3rd read above.
3. Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby rescind the orders
issued in the G.O. 3rd read above, in which Sri.N.Ashok Kumar, Advocate, is appointed
as Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Seeds Development Corporation
Limited (APSSDC), Hyderabad, in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
