No. 119, Finance (EXPR.GAD.I) Department, dated: 13-01-2012. @@@@ O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above the Registrar, Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal has requested the Government to sanction additional funds for an amount of Rs.1,52,000/- to meet the remuneration to the outsourcing personnel under the Head 300 - Other Contractual Services. 2. in the G.O.2nd read above, Government have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs. 1.52 Lakhs (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Two Thousand only) under Non-Plan as additional budget to meet the remuneration to the outsourcing personnel of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders, pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grant during 2011-2012 under the following Head of Account: “MH.2014 – Administration of Justice – MH-116 – State Administrative Tribunals – SH (04) - A.P. Administrative Tribunal – 300 – Other Contractual Services” . 3. Government, hereby accord Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs. 1.52 Lakhs (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Two Thousand only) under non-plan as additional budget to meet the remuneration to the outsourcing personnel of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. 4. The additional budget sanctioned and released shall be debited to the Head of Account: “MH.2014 –Administration of Justice – MH -116 – State Administrative Tribunals – SH (04) – Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal – 300 – Other Contractual Services” as per Budget Release Order. 5.
