From the Commr. of AYUSH, A.P., Hyd., Lr.No.1864/Ayur.1/2011, dt.06-03-2012. * * * ORDER: The Commissioner of Ayush, has submitted a proposal to fill up the post of Professor (UG)/ Reader (PG) in the specialty of Shalakya Trantra from the category of Asst. Professor/Senior Lecturer during the panel year 2011-12. 2. Accordingly, a proposal was placed before the Departmental Promotion Committee which met on 09-02-2012 and considered the seniority list, and after an overall assessment of the service record and work of all eligible persons in the category of Asst. Professor/ Senior Lecturer / Asst. Research Officer (Ayur) has recommended (1) P. Rama Rao (2) Dr. K. Anasuya (3) Dr. M. Surya Prakash for promotion to the post of Professor (UG)/Reader (PG) in the department/specialty of Shalakya Tantra under the A.P. Ayurvedic Medical Service Rules issued vide G.O. 1st read above during the panel year 2011-2012 on adhoc basis. 3. The Government after careful examination of the DPC proceedings hereby accept the recommendation of Departmental Promotion Committee and approved the candidature of (1) P. Rama Rao, Asst. Professor (2) Dr. K. Anasuya, Senior Lecturer (3) Dr. M. Surya Prakash, Asst. Professor for promotion to the cadre of Professor (UG)/Reader (PG) in the department / speciality of Shalakya Tantra during the panel year 2011-2012. 4. Under Rule 10 (a) of the A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996, the Government hereby appoint (1) P. Rama Rao, Asst. Professor (2) Dr. K. Anasuya, Senior Lecturer (3) Dr. M. Surya Prakash, Asst. Professor by promotion as Professor (UG)/ Reader (PG) in the department / specialty of Shalakya Tantra in the scale of pay, applicable to the said post with allowances as admissible from time to time strictly on adhoc basis, subject to the condition that the orders of appointment by promotion are liable to be cancelled at any time without any notice and without assigning any reason and also subject to out come of O.As/W.Ps/W.As/R.Ps/C.As etc., if any pending before the Hon’ble A.P.A.T / Courts etc. 5. Upon promotion, Dr. P.Rama Rao, Asst. Professor is hereby posted as Professor (UG), Shalakya Tantra, Speciality / department in A.L. Government Ayurvedic College, Warangal. 6. Upon adhoc promotion, Dr. K. Anasuya, Senior Lecturer, is hereby posted as Professor (UG), Shalakya Tantra speciality/department in Dr. N.R.S. Government Ayurvedic College, Vijayawada. (p.t.o)-2- 7. Dr. T. Praveen Kumar, Professor (UG) Shalakya Tantra speciality/ department is hereby posted as Reader (PG) in the speciality of Shaalakya Tantra at Dr. BRKR. Govt. Ayurvedic College, Hyderabad in the existing vacancy. 8. Upon adhoc promotion Dr. M. Surya Prakash is hereby posted as Professor (UG) Shalakya Tantra speciality/department in Dr. BRKR. Govt. Ayurvedic College, Hyderabad in the existing vacancy. 9. The above individuals are informed that they should join the post in their place of postings within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of order. If he/she fails to join the post within the stipulated period or evades to join, by proceeding on leave or otherwise, he/she shall forfeit all rights both present and future for promotion post without any notice, in terms of Rule 11 (b) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996. 9. The Commissioner of Ayush shall take further action in the matter and report the date of joining of the officer in the promoted post.
