In the reference 13th read above, the Finance (Exp.GAD.I) Department have issued B.R.O. for Rs.150.00 lakhs (Rupees One Crore and fifty lakhs only)out of the total provision of Rs.3.00 crores of the B.E. 2011-12, under Plan towards 3rd and 4th quarters as detailed below and requested to issue Administrative sanction as per the instructions issued in U.O. In pursuance of the orders issued by the Finance (Exp.GAD.I) Deptt. in the G.O 13th read above, administrative sanction is hereby accorded to the Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau for incurring an expenditure of Rs.150.00 lakhs from the B.E. Provision of (2011-12) towards construction of Headquarters Office building complex for Anti Corruption Bureau being executed by the A.P. Police Housing Corporation. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account 4070 –Capital Outlay on Other Administrative Services MH.800-Other Expenditure GH.11 – Normal State Plan SH(12) Construction of Buildings for Anti Corruption Bureau 530–Major works 531–Other Expenditure. 5. The Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad shall follow the procedure prescribed for execution of works, payments and accounting in G.O.Ms.No.278, Finance (TFR-I) Deptt. Dt.22.9.2006 and G.O.Ms.No.297, Finance (TFR-I) Deptt., dated 10.10.2006 while incurring the expenditure on the construction of Headquarters Office building complex for Anti Corruption Bureau. 6.
